DC'S 1-0-1 SHOT RESURRECTIONS: Catwoman #83

In January, as part of DC's Blackest Night event, 8 classic titles rise from the grave for one more issue. However over a dozen books can be a bit of a hard ask for any New Years comic budget, so to help you decide which to grab, here's the wrap on the latest in our 1-0-1 series, the rise of Catwoman #83.

WHY YOU SHOULD CARE: C'mon - it's Catwoman! Arguably more well known worldwide than Wonder Woman, and one of pop's hottest icons, DC's feline femme fatale is set to claw her own series back to life, and in doing so come face to face with an extremely ticked off Black Mask - a man who last time she met, she shot in the head.

Written by Fabian Nicieza, the man who made The New Warriors one of THE reads of the 90's, and art by Julian Lopez & Bit (World's Finest), can the woman whose cat-flipped across the line of anti-hero and villain survive having to kill again, without her Gotham City Sirens team-mates, Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn, to aid her? Be there for Catwoman #83 to find out!
