Terminator Revisits The 80's

Here's a toughie for ya; Terminator franchise - going backward or trucking forward? If you're the type of guy or gal who can see the best in both you'll be stoked to find both is what you can get right now over at USAToday, thanks to partners Dark Horse Comics and Toshiba.

There in Dark Horse: High Definition, they've stuck up an 8 page preview of writer Zack Whedon's follow-up to his hit mini-series Terminator 2029 - Terminator 1984.

Promising development, as the name implies Zack is heading back to the iconic moments of the first Terminator film, to tell the story in-between the story you never got to see. And you thought only the Connor's ran suicide run's. To see if Zack's gamble pays off, look for Terminator 1984 at your local store in just a matter of days. (Jump)

  1. This looks promising! the art looks really good too.

  2. Yeah I think it looks pretty sweet too David.

Terminator is such a sweet concept, it's good to see some decent expansion going on (resists urge to mention the horrible loss of The Sarah Connor Chronicles) :D

Still my favorite action hero from the big wide world of cinema is being over-looked, but there's a post coming on him later this week so keep an eye out for that!

    Thanks for the comments!

  3. "resists urge to mention the horrible loss of The Sarah Connor Chronicles" was that sarcasm? i hope so Dan.
