REAL LIFE HEROES: Kids Hospital Window Cleaners Dress As Spidey And Cap For Work

It's a little known fact when Captain America isn't busting the Red Skull in his bone-faced chops, he's buying up stocks in Armour All and polishing his mighty shield to it's Avenger charge leading showroom shine - so it only makes sense he'd be good at cleaning windows huh?

Well two sets of window washers recently suited up as Cap and his wall-crawling bud Spider-Man, to clean windows at two local children's hospitals - much to the surprise and delight of their patients. Both Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee and the All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, shared the Marvel based magic, with the washers at Le Bonheur actually stepping inside to meet the kids face-to-masked-face...

  2. Thanks Dave, I'm not the best with heights so I might just stick to the ground floor windows though. I'm 6ft4 and most days that's high enough for me!

Glad it had the extra connection too - you must know the hospital in question - awesome!

  3. Very cool of those men indeed. God bless em' for trying to share some joy in the world for a change by making a child's wish come true. Very cool indeed.

  4. That was amazing! I saw some other pictures, I would have fallen out of my chair.
This is one of the cutest things I ever seen done for children in hospitals.

  5. Great image to see @...They are the real super heroes who simply eradicate the emotional dust out of our minds. The job is simply terrible and SAFETY term is quite a miss during these operations. It’s simply speechless…and a great one to every naked eye.
